2. Vänta på svar från vårt kundserviceteam som återkommer inom 1–2 arbetsdagar med vidare instruktioner.

3. Vi hanterar processen – Kronura står för att klockan skickas vidare till varumärkets auktoriserade servicecenter.

4. Åtgärd och återkoppling – du får besked från oss när ärendet är klart och klockan är reparerad, utbytt eller åtgärdad enligt garantivillkoren.
