When you shop at Kronura, you can feel completely secure. All our watches come with a World Wide Warranty (international guarantee) and are covered by a minimum of 2 years of warranty – depending on the manufacturer and model. The guarantee confirms both the high quality of the product and our ambition to offer you a safe and long-term investment.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects on movement, hands and case
  • Defects that occur during normal use during the warranty period

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by improper care, negligence or other external influences
  • Damage caused by intervention or repair by a non-authorized workshop
  • Damage to the crown, glass or scratches on the case, bracelet and buckles
  • Wear or damage to leather straps, rubber/plastic straps, links and their surface coating
  • Moisture damage to watches that are not waterproof (waterproof = at least 10 ATM/100M)
  • Damage to batteries or normal wear and tear
  • If the serial number has been changed or removed

In the event of a warranty claim, you can always contact us at Kronura. We take full responsibility for the entire process – from troubleshooting and documentation to sending the watch to the brand's authorized service center. No matter what happens to your watch during the warranty period, we will ensure that the case is handled professionally and smoothly.
