30-day open purchase

We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. If the watch does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

How to return

1. Contact our customer service at support@kronura.se to register your return.

2. You will receive instructions and a shipping label sent via email.

3. Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

A return fee of SEK 100 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling.

Important to consider

In order for us to approve a return, the following conditions apply:

• The watch must be in unused condition.
• All accessories must be returned: original packaging, manuals, protective plastic, labels and any tools.
• If protective labels, plastic or other details have been removed, or if the watch has been started and used, it is no longer considered brand new.
• In such cases, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to cover the decrease in value of the product.
• Example: a watch with scratches, signs of use or that is returned without protective plastic can only be sold as a discounted item, and the deduction then corresponds to the cost of restoring or price adjusting the product.

Changes

If you would like to exchange for a different model or color, our customer service will be happy to help you. The same return terms as above apply to exchanges. Only the return fee of SEK 100 will be added.
