General terms and conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via Kronura.se. The agreement is concluded between you and Kronura. By placing an order on our website, you accept our terms and conditions. Kronura complies with Swedish legislation, including the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To make a purchase, you must be of legal age (18 years) or have the consent of a guardian.

2. Order

When you place an order on Kronura.se, you confirm the purchase by completing the payment at the checkout. An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you have provided. The agreement between you as a customer and Kronura is only binding when you have received this order confirmation.

Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information and a tracking number. This way you can track your delivery all the way to your doorstep. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, such as incorrect pricing, technical problems or if a product is out of stock and can no longer be delivered. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any advance payment within 5 days.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on Kronura.se are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT and other fees. Any shipping costs are always reported before you complete the purchase. We reserve the right for any errors in pricing information and reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary.

Payment is made via Klarna, card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Through Klarna you can choose to pay immediately, pay later or split your payment, according to the terms and conditions that apply at Klarna. For card payment and Swish, the amount is deducted in connection with the purchase.

4. Delivery and shipping

We primarily ship our shipments with PostNord, but you also have the option to select DB Schenker as an alternative at checkout. Delivery is normally to the nearest delivery point, but home delivery may be offered depending on shipping options. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate delivery confirmation via email with tracking information, so you can follow your package all the way.

Our stated delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the availability of the product, the handling of the shipping company and external circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with the carrier or unforeseen delivery problems. We always strive to deliver within the time frame stated on the product page, but reserve the right to deviate. In the event of any delays, we will keep you updated and inform you of the new estimated delivery time.

4.1 Unclaimed packages

If you as a customer do not collect your package within the time specified by the shipping company, the shipment will automatically be sent back to us. When we have received the returned package, we will contact you to make a new delivery attempt. For this handling, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 100 SEK as a symbolic cost for return shipping, handling and re-sending the package.

4.2 Home delivery

For home delivery, we use PostNord as standard. Delivery is made to your specified address and primarily to your own mailbox. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mailbox is in good condition, correctly labeled and easily accessible for delivery. If the shipment does not fit in your mailbox, it will automatically be forwarded to the nearest delivery point the following day. You will then receive a notification via SMS, email or letter from PostNord with information about where and when you can collect your package. Any problems that arise due to the condition of the mailbox or incorrect labeling are beyond our responsibility and must be reported directly to PostNord. Our responsibility ends when the shipment has been delivered in accordance with the shipping company's delivery terms.

5. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a Kronura customer, you always have a 30-day right of return from the day you received your order. If you exercise your right of return, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 100 to cover return shipping and handling costs. This fee will be automatically deducted from the refund. The return amount will be refunded within 7 days after we have received and approved the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The product being returned must be in an unopened condition, complete and with all associated parts, documentation and accessories. The packaging must be the original carton with unbroken plastic, protective films and labels still in place. If the product has been opened, used or handled in a way that means it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value that has occurred. This may in some cases mean that the return is not accepted at all.

6. Complaints & warranty

All products sold via Kronura are covered by the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, which means that you as a customer have the right to complain about a product within three years from the date of delivery if it is affected by an original defect. In addition to this, Kronura always provides a 2-year warranty on all watches. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, hands and dial. You as a customer are obliged to notify us within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. We recommend that complaints are made immediately when the defect occurs or at the latest within two months of noticing it. Contact our customer service at support@kronura.se with the order number, a description of the defect and preferably pictures of the product. If the complaint is approved, Kronura is responsible for the return shipping and will remedy the defect through repair, exchange for a new product or refund.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper use, battery replacements, water or moisture damage to watches that are not classified as waterproof, or other external factors. It also does not apply to scratches on the glass, case or bracelet. If the complaint is not approved, and the defect is not covered by the warranty or the Consumer Purchase Act, the customer may be charged for examination costs and return shipping.

6.1 Warranty matters

Kronura's warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself. The warranty means that the product, upon satisfactory inspection, will be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new equivalent product.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects on the movement, hands and dial
  • Faults caused by defective materials or manufacturing defects
  • Remedying faults that prevent the watch from functioning normally within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover:

  • Injuries caused by accidents, blows or impacts
  • Normal wear and tear on case, bracelet, buckle or coating
  • Scratches or cracks on glass and case
  • Water or moisture damage to watches that are not rated as waterproof
  • Battery replacements, battery life, or errors caused by discharged batteries
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or lack of care
  • Repairs performed by someone other than an authorized service partner

In the event of a warranty claim, you as a customer should always contact our customer service before sending the product in. You need to provide the order number, a description of the defect and, if possible, attach pictures. We are responsible for the return shipping for approved warranty claims. If the defect is not covered by the warranty or the Consumer Sales Act, we may charge a fee for investigation and return shipping.

7. Personal data (GDPR)

When you shop at Kronura, we process personal data that you provide in connection with your order. This may include name, address, telephone number, email address, and payment and delivery information. The purpose of the processing is to be able to handle and deliver your order, provide customer support, and fulfill our legal obligations, such as accounting.

We also use personal data to improve our service, send order confirmations, delivery notifications and in some cases newsletters or marketing communications if you have consented to this. The data is only shared with our partners to the extent necessary to be able to process the order, for example payment service providers, transport companies and IT systems. You always have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to processing for direct marketing. We do not store personal data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, or for as long as the law requires. 7.1 Cookies

Kronura.se uses cookies to improve the user experience, analyze traffic and customize content and offers. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your device when you visit our website. We use both session cookies and permanent cookies. Some cookies are necessary for the website to function properly, while others are used for statistics and marketing. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our cookie policy. You can choose to block or delete cookies at any time via the settings in your browser, but please note that some functions on the website may then stop working.

8. Changes to terms and conditions

Kronura reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective from the date they are published on Kronura.se. The version that applies to your purchase is always the one that was published at the time of the order. We recommend that you visit the page regularly to stay updated on any changes.

All watches sold through Kronura are guaranteed authentic and come with a valid certificate of authenticity, a 2-year warranty and official original packaging. We also offer free shipping within Sweden and the option of gift wrapping.
