When should you advertise?

If your watch has a manufacturing defect or if something does not work properly during normal use, you have the right to complain about the product. Complaints do not apply to external damage caused by wear and tear, improper handling or accidents.

How should I advertise?

  1. Contact us – Send an email to our customer service with a description of the error and order number.
  2. Attach pictures – For faster processing, attach clear pictures of the product and the damage.
  3. Confirmation & return – Once we have approved the complaint, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Assessment & action – We examine the product and if the complaint is approved, we offer repair or replacement.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Complaints are free of charge if approved. We are responsible for the return shipping in the event of a manufacturing defect. The processing time is usually 5-10 working days from the time we receive the product.
