We at Kronura strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All shipments are sent with reliable shipping companies for safe and secure delivery.
Delivery times
Delivery time varies depending on the brand and product you order.
- Fast delivery: Some products ship within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery: Other products have an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.
On each product page you will find the estimated delivery time for that particular product, so you can easily plan when you will receive your order.
Delivery guarantee – security for you as a customer
We guarantee that your watch will be delivered within the stated delivery time. Should there be a delay, we will inform you in good time and, in some cases, offer a refund or other compensation.

Tracking your package
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, so you can follow the delivery all the way home.
Deliveries usually take place on weekdays, and in many cases the package is delivered the next working day.
We currently deliver to Sweden, the Netherlands and Norway.
