We want you to feel confident when you shop with us. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. If the watch does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

 

How to return

1. Contact our customer service at support@kronura.se to register your return.

2. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions by email. The customer is responsible for arranging and sending the return with their preferred shipping option, as well as covering the shipping cost.

3. Once we have received and approved the return, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the parcel until it has reached us. If the package is lost or damaged during transit, the responsibility lies with the customer.

 

Important to consider

In order for us to approve a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The watch must be in unused condition.
  • All accessories must be returned: original packaging, manuals, protective plastic, labels and any tools.
  • If protective labels, plastic or other details have been removed, or if the watch has been started and used, it is no longer considered brand new.
  • In such cases, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to cover the decrease in value of the product.
  • Example: a watch with scratches, signs of use or that is returned without protective plastic can only be sold as a discounted item, and the deduction then corresponds to the cost of restoring or price adjusting the product.

 

Changes

If you would like to exchange for a different model or color, our customer service will be happy to help you. The same return terms as above apply to exchanges.
